Concerns
Large Pores
We all have pores. Some of us have larger pores than others. They can be a result of many factors including GENETICS, ageing, a loss of skin elasticity and skin being drawn down by gravity.
Larger, more visible pores can also be due to sun damage, and excess oil production. Larger pores can make the skin appear rough, uneven and aged. They can also trap dirt, dead skin cells and excess sebum, leading to blackheads and acne breakouts.
effects of
aging
There is no way to permanently close pores (because they are needed), however there are ways to minimise the appearance of larger pores. This can include regular exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, chemical peels which give a deep exfoliation and a bespoke skincare regime using the ZO Skin Health’s ‘Getting Skin Ready’ protocol. This consists of a good cleanser which will chemically break down the bonds holding dead cells together, followed by an exfoliator and oil control.

The clinic is a relaxing and welcoming place. The staff members who have talked to me about treatments have been informative, thorough, patient and clear. I have been well advised, unpressurised and supportive.
