Mole Screening
If you’re concerned about any of your moles, or think they could be growing, becoming darker or starting to look irregular in shape, always seek professional advice.
Together with Dr Terrina Dickson, The Mayfield Clinic offer a full body mole screening, which includes Mole Assessment, Skin lesion Assessment, Screening for all forms of skin cancer, Imaging of Moles and skin lesions using a Handyscope™. Images are reviewed during the consultation and recommendations discussed. An Annual recall list, with reminder letters sent each year, is available for those wishing regular reviews.

Melanoma skin cancer is the 5th most common cancer in the UK but many skin cancers can be cured if detected early so it’s important to be safe and check your skin for moles or marks that are changing or new. A 15-minute Mini Mole Screen consultation for patients with up to 10 moles or lesions requiring assessment is also available.
